They say that happiness is a state of mind, but for Ms Mesi, “Happy” is more than this, it's literally her name!
Sports conditioner, combat trainer, sports masseuse, personal trainer and Pilates conditioner, Happy Mesi believes wholeheartedly that health and fitness can bring about positive benefits, both emotionally and physically.
Acknowledging that everyone is different and that not everyone enjoys exercise, her training programs at Masfit is all about making exercise and working out fun, social and rewarding. But her mission is to shift her client’s mindsets more toward building a healthy relationship with one’s body and understanding the interconnectedness between the mind and body.

Nasreen is just a seamless fit with Ninety9.zero. She has a particular skill when it comes to prevention of Lifestyle diseases since qualifying as a Registered Dietician over twenty years ago and has actively and successfully advocated and addressed this in her practice with much success over the years.
Throughout her career as a practicing dietician and academic at University of Cape Town (UCT), she has experienced the challenges involved in treating patients with NCDs. But it's her energy and compassion that ensures she takes care of her patients, holistically. She is moved by each patient’s personal background and focuses on everyone's circumstances in order to support and aid each person to navigate through their own stressors in life. Everyone is different.
Jaffer specialises in advocating wellness by helping patients overcome obstacles in order to maintain healthy and sustainable habits - for life.
